These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BandAide ("the app", "we", "us"), operated by Bring the Craic, LLC. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
BandAide is currently private and invitation-only — you generally have access because an existing member invited you. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. By using it, you confirm that the information you provide about yourself is accurate and that you are authorized to use any account or email address you sign in with.
You sign in using a third-party identity provider (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you use to sign in and for all activity that happens under your access. Let us know promptly at kgriffes@gmail.com if you believe your access has been compromised.
BandAide stores the information you and your bandmates enter — bands, gigs, setlists, songs, merchandise, finances, contacts, calendars, and similar records ("your content"). You retain ownership of your content. By using the app, you grant us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the app for you and the members of your band(s).
You are responsible for your content, including making sure you have the right to store it. In particular, when you add other people's information (such as contacts, venues, or band members), you confirm you are permitted to do so. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
You agree not to:
BandAide relies on third-party services to function — including Supabase (backend and database), Google (sign-in and optional calendar sync), and Resend (email delivery). Your use of features that depend on these services is also subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
BandAide is an actively developed application and is provided on an "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may also update these Terms; when we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements or that it will be secure, accurate, or error-free. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRING THE CRAIC, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing kgriffes@gmail.com. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app. Some content you contributed to a band may remain part of that band's shared records after you leave, as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Michigan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
